i had an root canal treatment and filling in my tooth, but after that i felt uncomfortable in my tooth especially at night. the most uncomfortable thing is that my tooth at night feels like it's getting bigger and beating like my heart. when i feel my teeth by finger i feel a mild pain in one side of my teeth. after 3 months i visited my dentist, he took an x ray and said no fracture in root so said no special problem and adjusted the teeth and filled my upper teeth. but my problem still go on and i'm so worried....please give me some advice ...thank you

Often times the tooth will be a little sore after a root canal, but if it's throbbing or continues for months, there is likely something going on. There could be a fracture, something may have been missed when the root canal was done, or there may be pain referred from another area/tooth. Definitely should get it checked, and possibly by a specialist if your general dentist can't figure out where the pain is coming from.
